1.4. Purpose of processing personal data (purpose of the register) The personal data contained in the user register of Peaceful Ltd's online service is used for customer relationship management, contact management and other purposes related to online services.

1.6. Regulatory sources of information
The registrar collects information pertaining to users of Peaceful Ltd's online service that the user himself or herself provides when using the online service.

1.8. Principles of register security The information contained in the user register of Peaceful Ltd's online service is stored in the registrar’s system, which is protected by security software integrated with the operating system. Access to the system requires login with a username and password. The system is also protected by firewalls and other technical means. Only specific pre-assigned employees of the registrar have access to and are entitled to use the data contained in the register stored in the system. The data contained in the register is located within locked and guarded premises.
1.9. Right of prohibition by a registered user A registered user has the right to prohibit the registrar from processing personal data pertaining to him or her for direct mail, distance selling and other direct marketing purposes, as well as for purposes related to market research, opinion surveys, personal registration and genealogy. The prohibition request must be made in writing and addressed to the registration officer.
1.10. The right of inspection by a registered user A registered user has the right to inspect register data pertaining to himself or herself and to obtain copies thereof. The request for inspection must be made in writing and addressed to the registration officer.
1.11. Correction of information The registrar shall correct, delete or supplement personal data in the register that is incorrect, superfluous, incomplete or expired for data processing purposes, either on the registrar’s own initiative or at the request of the registered user. The registered user must contact the registration officer of the registrar to correct the information.
